Loreal Colour Riche Nail Polish - Summer Neons Collection.
I recently purchased all 6 colours from the new for Summer - Loreal Summer Neon's Collection and I thought what better way to enjoy these beautiful shades than enjoy them on my nails everyday of my tropical holiday!
Atomic Purple, Flashing Lilac, Acid Watermelon, Banana Pop, Neon Turquoise & Wasabi Hint.
Priceline was stocked up with the full collection all for $6.95 each!
As I swatched these beautiful colours, I was imagining and planning, what to wear with each colour, when to wear with each colour and wondering if I could get away with a colour on each finger? maybe a little bit childish ... but what the hey!
The formula : I remain truly impressed with the quality formula of Loreal Colour Riche Nail polish and this Summer collection did not disappoint. I love the brushes included with these polishes,
and I love that I don't have to use top coat!

My pick of the bunch would have to be a close tie between the Acid Watermelon and Wasabi Hint. I surprised myself liking green... not my usual choice but the neon / pastel look of this colour appeals to me as a much more wearable green.

GREETINGS! from Airlie Beach / The Whitsundays - Tropical North Queensland.
I recently took a brief solo holiday / working holiday to North Queensland, I did get to visit some family while I was there, which was fitting and enjoyable during the festive time of year.
Day 1 : Travel by day, Party by night!
I knew I would spend most of the day travelling and once I arrived in the party town of Airlie Beach I would need to be ready for a night out so I chose a colour that would make me happy when I was bored as I caught a bus, train then a plane to get to my destination, taking up a whole day! I also wanted to have a statement colour that stood out and was very summery! Acid Watermelon = A Perfect Match!

Day 2 & 3 : Mixing it up a little! Relax / Rest Day / Lagoon Day!
Day 2: I really wanted a different colour on my nails each day of my trip, but as I did have to fit some work into the days I was there it was a little hard to be focusing on nail polish (although I love to do that sometimes!) Day 2 of my whirlwind trip I got to sleep in! I was staying a beautiful house just outside Airlie Beach, anyone who has been there may know its an amazing place to party but its nice to have a hotel, unit or house outside of town when you want to relax! I went to the gym and rested, painted my nails and decided to use Wasabi Hint, Neon Turquoise and Banana Pop all together, the completed look was beautiful, fun to wear and Eye catching!

Day 3 : After my wonderful rest day I decided to get up early, hit the gym and spend the rest of the day at the Airlie Beach Lagoon. In North Queensland at this time of year the ocean and beaches are so unsafe to swim in because of stingers & jelly fish! So along time ago, around the time I lived in town they built a huge lagoon for tourists and families and ever since its a place of bliss for me whenever I visit!
My nails fit right in! :)

Day 4 & 5: My last day in Paradise / Travelling Home.
Day 4 : I got to catch up with some family, have lunch with a favorite aunt, and spend some time shopping for (very) last minute gifts! I had a party to go to in the evening and chose Flashing Lilac as a fun colour for a day of shopping and as my statement colour for my outfit for the night :)

Day 5 : I flew out on day 5 to head home to be with my family for Christmas! I had so much fun visiting family and meeting some new people in Airlie.
