Mani Monday : Green & Gold?

Hello! Welcome to my first ever Mani Monday post! Hopefully the first of many! You will have to excuse my nails at the moment I have had no time to visit the salon and get infills, my nails always last so well and stay strong so I try not to let my nails growing out ruin the fun of painting them regularly. Hopefully they don't look too bad! :)

This weeks nail inspiration came firstly from my step daughters helping me pick a colour for me to use, of course they each wanted to pick one so the hunt was on! While going through 'oohing' and 'ahhhing' and swatching all of my nail polishes (one my fave things to do with them on any day of the week!) we found this amazing colour from Sally Hansen called Pennies for heaven. We all loved it! 

We decided that this weeks nail look was going to be a new take on "Aussie Green & Gold" It is the perfect time of year for it what with all the sporting success Australia is having at the moment! 

We compared several different greens in my collection before settling on Loreal's Santorini Lagoon, such a beautiful colour! I am so happy with the results! 

I also really enjoyed getting to do x2 mini manicures and I feel so lucky to have my little helpers for this post! Thanks Girls! :)
