As a proud Pisces girl and self confessed water baby, from the minute I started seeing pictures of this beautiful oceanic themed collection, I heard the siren song calling to my inner mermaid, this was something special and I needed to get my hands on some of those beautiful lipsticks! lol

Firstly lets talk about this AMAZING Chrome teal packaging that's causing quite a stir, with faux raised droplets! its Limited Edition, aptly 3 dimensional and innovative in a way only MAC can pull off, definitely brought the wow factor to this new collection!
I really wish I had bought more, but the counter was just so busy with people like myself in a frenzy admiring this gorgeous new collection, swatching and of course buying! I actually missed out on buying the new Alluring Aquatic Face brushes they were already sold out! here is what I picked up :

MAC Alluring Aquatic - Extra dimension blush in Seduced at Sea $45
I was a little intimidated by this blush when I first swatched it at the counter, one of the MAC makeup artists sat me down and dusted some over my cheeks and I was sold! Seduced At Sea is a beautiful muted wearable orange peach shade with slight gold sheen (swoon) I will probably get more use out of this in the warmer months but I love this great new little edition to my collection.
MAC Alluring Aquatic - Cremesheen Lipstick in Goddess of the Sea $38
I have been searching for a beautiful plum shade to add to my collection this autumn / winter and this for me is it, for a plum / purple shade it is quite sheer, however I felt more confident wearing it for the first time a little lighter and then building it up each time I wear it,
I'm so happy with this purchase I love the cremesheen formula and finish as it is so easy to wear and doesn't dry out my lips.

MAC Alluring Aquatic - Nail Lacquer in Submerged $23
My first ever MAC Nail Polish! This was a no-brainer for me its gorgeous royal blue with silver and a metallic finish, the lovely Sophie who served me had this on her nails and I took it as a sign today was definitely the day to begin my MAC nail polish collection!
I hope to review this nail polish in it's own post as I am really interested to see how good the quality is and perhaps buy some more? Lol! Watch this space if you're interested in my thoughts!
