Christmas Tag // Christmas Eve

Hello Everyone! Christmas Eve is finally here! we have done the traditional family dinner (1st of three!) complete with Turkey, Potato Bake & Pavlova! Now I am snuggled up on the couch have watched The Nightmare Before Christmas, now all set to watch Miracle on 34th Street and dream of the fun and festivities tomorrow will bring! I thought I would share this Christmas Tag with you!

1. What is your favorite thing about Christmas?

I love the decorations - I love Tinsel, Fairy Lights, Christmas Tree's and seeing all the new idea's and themes that come out in the shops as the time of year draws near. I love taking the kids to get photo's with Santa and seeing their beautiful little faces full of wonder when they meet him. I will treasure it long after they know he is not real. I love giving gifts, planning and putting together personalized presents and I love seeing peoples face when they finally see their surprise! 

2.What is your favorite makeup look for the festive season?

I have been loving super shiny red nails, lots of silver and gold glitter for nail art and accents, Gold eye shadow and my all time fave bright red lippy!

3.Real or Fake Tree's? 

I had a lot of real tree's growing up and to me all I think of is SPIDERS!!!! I much prefer a fake tree for my house! lol 

4.Giving or receiving presents?

I have to say both! I love nothing more than seeing the kids, my friends and fam's faces when they open my carefully planned and selected gifts and I love receiving a thoughtful gift!

5.Do you open your presents in the morning or in the evening?

Growing up we were always an 'Open Presents on Christmas Day" household and I have carried that on to my house with my family, If we are lucky enough to have the kids with us for Christmas Day we do it all then in the early hours of the morning.. other years we don't see them until boxing day so my man and I usually have a very mellow and uneventful day and save up our Christmas Cheer for Boxing Day!

6.Handmade or Bought Christmas Cards?

Maybe I am a little weird with this one...... I love to make and give handmade cards, but I love to receive bought ones!

7.What is your favorite Christmas film?

I love Miracle on 34th Street, The Grinch & Polar Express! :) 

8.What is your favorite Christmas food? 

I love Turkey and smoked ham! My all time fave would have to be my mums potato bake! :)
