Mani Monday : Happy Heart / Valentines Day Inspired / Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 of my Valentines Day Inspired ManiMonday series!

I have decided on a colour theme, for my nails / makeup / clothes for my Valentines Day, red and pink. (bang on trend)

Tomorrows post using red and a special post today for anyone not celebrating or not loving Valentines Day this year! 

So wether your loved up, going on a first date, having a date night with the girls, or ignoring the whole day for your own reasons I hope these nail ideas will give you some good positive vibes and give you some inspiration!

Let's face it, Valentines Day can be hard for oh so many reasons! I originally considered a "Girl Power" "I don't need a man" "Anti Valentines Day" Nail Look / Post, but I decided to go on a different track and make this look / post more about self love, happiness and confidence!

So I say, what ever your plans may be or if for any reason your not feeling so good about Valentines Day, treat yourself to a Manicure & Pedicure, have a coffee with a girlfriend, have a day out shopping, do something positive and pick your fave coloured nail polish and paint your nails! 

My favorite colours are orange and pink so I chose the aptly named OPI's "A Good Mandarin Is Hard To Find" as my base, as you can see even in my somewhat fuzzy iPhone pics it's a bright and playful orange, then added my favorite Face Of Australia - Glitterati in (again aptly named ) "Lookin for some hot stuff" glitter on top! The red and black glitter dazzled on top of the bright orange and somewhat drowned out the 'lovey dovey' red which was perfect in my opinion for the look I was going for! :) 

This pretty little mani has been making me smile all week and I'm hoping you can find a way to have a great Valentines Day (or at least great nails) what ever you get up to! I would love to hear about your plans and what you think of this post in the comments below! :)
