This year I was lucky enough to attend my first ever IMATS (International Makeup Artists Trade Show) in Sydney!
I attended with my best friend over both days, Saturday the 21st & Sunday the 22nd of September 2013 we both enjoyed spending up big on amazing brands, meeting the beautiful Rae Morris and having the privilege of seeing her keynote speech / presentation on Day 1!
It was my very first visit to the beautiful city of Sydney and I enjoyed every minute I was there!
I was completely overwhelmed with the lines at some of the stalls I was desperate to visit (e.g. MAC, Inglot & Lime Crime) although in the end the hussle and bussle only added to my excitement! I will know better next year and I am determined to make a palette at INGLOT!
Hope everyone had a great 2 days!

Sydney Trip
I was in Sydney in the days leading up to IMATS for work commitments, it worked out amazingly because I work with my best friend so although we were in and out of meetings for 3 days, we really took the time to soak up the holiday vibe of our trip. We went to all the popular tourist destinations which was a real thrill for me as I have never been!
I got to visit the Sydney Opera House, Go under and over the Sydney Harbor Bridge, Spend the best part of a day finding bargains at Paddys Markets, Explored the Queen Victoria Building, Dined at amazing restaurants and cafes, Visited the Strand Arcade, Took the ferry and explored Darling Harbor, to top it all off on our last evening in Sydney we Watched the sunset from the top of the Sydney Tower Eye.
I had such an amazing time in Sydney and can not wait to get back there for another visit!
Did you attend IMATS Sydney this year?
What did you think ?
